However, I don't think it is the most appropriate for 1.5 year old (which is how old my daughter is). Pros: -Clean rooms -Would recommend for families -Great breakfast options ( cheese, omelettes, sausage, hash browns, pancakes, cinnamon rolls, bagels, English muffins, yogurt, cereal) - Pool area is excellent. Actually, al the staff was really wonderful. Angela at the front desk was super helpful and kind. Stayed Last Thursday- Saturday and we had a great experience. I definitely would not recommend this hotel unless you’re looking for a nice indoor pool and Jacuzzi. However the cinnamon rolls and pancakes were acceptable.
I don’t know if they were egg white-based or instant powered eggs, but they were nasty. The breakfast was terrible especially the eggs. I spoke to the desk clerk upon check out and I have even called the hotel and I still have not received any type of refund. I was promised a bill credit which I still have not received. The front desk staff member had to come up to our room at least three times and wasn’t able to solve the problem it kept going back to the white static screen.
It kept showing that white static screen. The nightstand was so dusty and disgusting. My son dropped a Lego piece behind the nightstand and we had to pull it out to retrieve it. The room wasn’t throughly cleaned especially, the night stand and hidden areas of floor. Don’t bother to book the queen suite, it’s not worth it. I was miserable the next day due to lack of rest… And I’m not even going to discuss the condition of the pull out bed. The beds were the most uncomfortable beds we have ever slept on in any hotel. The only positive thing I have to say is about the pool area for the kids. The room was clean and the showers were good. I recommend to the management that you also have this gentleman monitor the screaming in the hallways as kids come out of the pool area. Hi, I actually work with convicted felons and no one I work with talks to them like this guy acts. There is this wierd Barney Fife Security Guard guy checking wrist bands for the pool.
I spent 10 min in the morning waiting to get coffee as more unsupervised little girls were getting coffee, and just pouring as much sugar in their coffee as possible, and they were under 10 as well. We heard doors slamming and people partying until 1 am. This is the clientele this place attracts. I heard one of the little girls under 10 years old call me a B as the elevator was going up. I told them they need to be quieter (I used the voice of a 1st grade teacher). Kids are screaming every where!!! I was waiting on an elevator and 5 little girls were screaming getting off the elevator.

What I gathered is parents use this place as cheap water park, because a full breakfast is included. We travel a lot so I really wish I had a better experience, as I like to stay at the same hotels because it makes me more comfortable.… Reason I gave 2 stars instead of 3 is because the cons out weighed the pros in my opinion. My toddler didn't even want to swim because of it. 4 hrs later I called again and then another hour later someone FINALLY came up. Our cable wasn't working and after going down to the front desk, they didn't show up to fix. No in between!!! So it's either hot or freezing. They should have accommodated me us for our inconvenience but they didn't offer. Staff did offer us to switch rooms but it was 930 at night and I'm pregnant and we had a sleeping toddler. Rooms were pretty clean for it being a cheaper hotels. The lady that works breakfast busted her tail to keep it stocked! Staff was overall friendly. Pros: the reviews that complain about breakfast are wrong or no longer an issue.
